For the human resources perspective, SkyPalm always prefers to hire its employees from local resources. All our senior & junior travel consultants are local Tanzanians. Regardless what the post is: whether it is travel consultancy, accounting & financial department or logistics; the priority on providing employment for SkyPalm is and always will be in favor for the local Tanzanians. In addition, SkyPalm is keen to allow its colleagues to advance by position and responsibility in the company by giving them the chance to move to new positions before an outside hire.
